Excuse the messy house! I absolutely love this rug. It matches my interior really well. I was a bit worried that the pile might be too lowthin after reading some reviews, but I actually have no problem with it at all. It’s a regular thickness IMO. My only issue is that the orange parts of the rug are actually more pink than orange in real life. I guess that’s what cameras do! It’s absolutely beautiful although there was a slight problem with delivery the delivery driver damaged the rug but the customer service team were quick to help me with my problem and we were able to come to a resolution very quickly. They were attentive they were patient able to understand where I was coming from although the delivery driver decided to not take responsibility and he continued to list that the item has not delivered.
