I had made a video but I don’t see a way to post it. This is a very soft rug that overall will be perfect in my space. I also bought the rug pad they recommended. However, on three different areas, threads were coming out. Some I could have just trimmed but a couple didn’t get stuck when you pulled them and I was afraid the rug would unravel. Wayfair has been amazing at resolving this for me by sending me a new one which I haven’t received yet. The rug sheds but hopefully after vacuuming this won’t happen anymore. It also appears as different colors depending on the lighting. My room isn’t set up yet but I think it will look nice once all the lamps are back.
