Very fast delivery. Rug is exactly as seen in the photo. It is thinner than l expected but it compliments my room perfectly. It has been down one week now and it is still slightly wrinkly from being packaged but has improved from first opening so I expect it just needs a little longer for it to be completely smoothed out. Packed really well for delivery and updates on delivery time on the day were helpful. The rug is better quality than we could have expected for the price, so great value. As with all rugs, it will need a bit of time to completely level out after we reverse-rolled it on unpacking, but so far (after less than 1 day), the corners aren’t up at all!
