Just what I expected - A lovely bit of wood, enjoyed the assembly (for the most part) However wish the instructions were a lot simpler to read as I spent ages trying to decipher which set of instructions applied to each part of the drawers. I took my time with assembly to separate out all the bits and pieces and label them up, and highlighted the instructions where holes are etc so could be sure I had things around the right way. Nice roomy chest of drawers. Had a bit of trouble putting one of the drawers together as the base was a bad fit and the holes for the skirting on the front were at a 90° angle to the ones on the side so the screws wouldn't go through but on the whole good value for money.. I was going to give this a 3 but decided it was between 3 and 4. Looks good when finished but the quality of the materials and engineering are a little poor. Some guide holes didn't match up. I gave the wooden top a couple of coats of varnish and looks much better. Tips for assembly - 2 people needed when assembling the carcass.
