nice deep drawers. nice finish. however i had issues with drawer side panels broken in 1 of 2 i ordered. the customer service process was easy. the unit takes about 3 hours to assemble and a ratchet screwdriver is absolutely essential if you do not want to have an RSI as there are 136 screws in total.. A fine-looking chest of drawers and every bit is wood. Capacity of drawers is excellent, deep and wide. Two issues, however. The dowel rods are flimsy. Three of them broke during assembly. Why not add a pound or two to the price and supply metal dowel rods? And the instructions are less than clear - they don't explain where the painted bits or the plain wooden bits should go!
