Recieved a small double bed and the headboard slats were too small to fit across. (In my opinion they have packed small bed slats In a small double pack), got In touch with customer services who said the parts I needed were out of stock. So they sent me a replacement bed. New bed arrived and exactly the same problem. Contacted them for a full refunded. Now have 4 heavy boxes and no bed. Waiting for them to organise collection. The bed is completely unsuitable for purpose, is flimsy and broke the second my 8 year old lay on it. I’ve had to buy a tonne of solid wood to reinforce it as it’s beyond flimsy After it collapsed I checked the weight limit and it says 0kg! This is NOT a typo…. It cannot hold any weight and is basically a decorative item…. Be it not a good one as chipped and cheap looking. Honestly, the worse thing I’ve had to build. None of the screws were separated or labelled, neither was the wood panels so you had to sit and measure the size difference for the screws that looked the same. When building, the small panels that go around the sides of the bed just kept falling off even though they’ve been drilled in.
