I decided to try this Veronica bedside unit from Wayfair. Not too keen on flat pack as they often are poor quality but I was happily surprised with these units of which I bought two. It took quite a while to unpack and check everything was there, then we got to work on building the 1st unit. It took me and the hubby around four hours to build the first one, admittedly we were confused by the picture instructions and thought they were wrong. They weren’t, we were wrong! Look closely at the instruction pictures for fitting the drawer runners on the insides of the cabinet, the pictures are a little misleading as to which holes to put the screws into, and where to place the runners, but look closely and you will see the pictures mislead you a little! Once we realised our error we completed the unit with relative ease. The second one we flew through as we knew what to do now. Once the unit is built you can then adjust the drawers up or down to even out the gaps between the drawers by loosening the first screw in the side runner as it allows you to move the runner up or down to find the perfect level then you tighten the screw again. The units are really amazingly good quality, not what I usually experience with flat pack. They look great, a lovely contemporary look, feel really solid structurally and at a really good price. Takes two people to assemble but even a novice DIY’er with a hammer and a screwdriver can achieve a great result. I highly recommend these units and would come back to purchase more in this range! However, really disappointed now to see you have reduced the price of theses units by £5 each! I only bought them this week and I provided you with your first review of them.
