The bed looks great, and my son loves it. However, it was very difficult to assemble. The instructions were not very clear, and it took us almost 5 hours to put it together. There were a lot of pieces, which makes me a bit concerned about its long-term durability. Hopefully it holds up well, but the assembly instructions could definitely be improved.. Anonymous. It’s a nice bed, but assembling it was a nightmare the instructions are awful nothing is labelled so it’s a guessing games as to what is what, and there is a lot of pieces to this bed. Almost got to a point of just giving up with it. They had parts in the instructions that didn’t exist we came to the conclusion that parts were meant for a small Double and standard double but nothing saying that’s the case so very confusing. My husband is a very experienced man when it comes to Flat pack furniture too ( I’ve trained him well ) so don’t buy this bed unless you want a very stressful few hours!!. Leia. Lincoln. I really liked the style but it is incredibly low to the floor and it came with two instruction booklets which caused multiple taking apart and putting together. Very taxing purchase would not recommend. All I can say is it’s proper wood and sturdy but nothing else good about it. Rhianne. Romford, GB. Sat Aug 31 2024

Recieved a small double bed and the headboard slats were too small to fit across. (In my opinion they have packed small bed slats In a small double pack), got In touch with customer services who said the parts I needed were out of stock. So they sent me a replacement bed. New bed arrived and exactly the same problem. Contacted them for a full refunded. Now have 4 heavy boxes and no bed. Waiting for them to organise collection. Good customer service from wayfair just poor packaging from manufacturers.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 29 2024

If no star was an option i wouldhave chosen. DO NOT BUY! Very bad insructions to put together but we had already opened it and started building so could not return. Also my husband is quite the handy man so was able to do other with his tools over a couple of days. Not like the usual flat pack furniture where holes etc are already made, and quite flimsey… worried about the weight of mattress. also will only fit a small single mattress. Tellls you somewhere in description but you have to look for it. Unfortunately we didn’t see till after and are in process of exchanging the standard single mattress that we had ordered. An alround mess unfortunately.. Ruby. Thu Feb 29 2024
