Finished unit is good. Assembling it was not as easy as expected. The dowels are too small and constantly fall out while trying to use them in assembly. Most of screws are too thick for the holes provided / both these issues made assembly challenging. Unit is built with some modifying work done by us to overcome the problems - it does look ok thought and is a good solid set of drawers. Will not buy anything that needs home assembly.. Elizabeth. Lovely, sturdy set of drawers and pretty easy to build compared to other flat packs I’ve had. The colour is more cream than I was expecting from the description but it still went well in the bedroom, so just be aware if you are looking for off white as this range wouldn’t be suitable. Slightly annoyed with the delivery, despite being given a delivery slot and ensuring someone was home, they messaged 2 hours after to say that it was rescheduled for after the bank holiday (this was a Friday). when the drawers arrived we opened the package to find one of the back legs had broken off we tried to contact the supplier but had no luck the leg had been roughly glued then screwed on in the end i had to repair it myself i have also found that the item is not all oak but is made up of knotty pine i think the advert is misleading and should be altered but all said and done the drawers do look good in the bedroom and it is difficult to find drawers that are that tall. Nice furniture once assembled but a nightmare to put together. Poorly written assembly guide, identical looking pieces which are not numbered so the item is mostly assembled to then find one piece is in the wrong place and the other doesn’t then fit, so have to take it all apart again.
