A tasteful table made of elements of an old barrique wine barrel with a capacity of 225 litres and a glass top. It is constructed of two oak staves. The entire structure is screwed on with metal screws which ensure stability, give an impression of mobility and character. A blend of black metal and oak refers to traditional construction techniques. The table is topped with a piece of tempered glass (0.8 cm thick). It has rounded corners and convex edge lines. The real wood table with additional storage space underneath the tabletop performs just as well in front of the sofa in the living room as it does as a side table in the guest room or as a bedside table in the bedroom. It fits into any corner and makes a good shapely gap filler. When brushing the acacia wood, the softer layers are worked out, which results in more furrows remaining and the structure becoming more prominent. This creates an "artificial aging" that makes the acacia sofa table look even more rustic. This product is low-maintenance and highly stable.

This coffee table with curved edges and classic moulding is a simple yet elegant piece of furniture that will complement any room.

The coffee table is produced largely by hand by skilled craftsmen. During the timber preparation, they leave all nail holes and scars to try and maintain as much of the 'weathered wood' appearance as possible, making each piece unique and characterful. The create the distressed white finish, the timber has to undergo meticulous preparation where it is hand-rubbed, and then re finished, this process is repeated until the designer's envisioned appearance is flawlessly attained.

It’s a lot lighter wood/ orange toned than I expected. The glass nor the grain is not as pictured so expect to receive something different. It’s a cool table though! Nach langer Zeit kam der Tisch mit kleinen Mängeln, die aber durch waifair kulant gelöst wurden. Noch einige Worte zum Service von waifair. All meine Anrufe wurden stets sehr freundlich und hilfsorientiert, ohne gewiegel behandelt, solch ein Serviceteam wünscht man sich und dazu kann man waifair nur gratulieren. SUPER JOB.
