Have just put the bed together soundly. All parts present and appear to be not damaged. The divan base is exactly what we ordered despite mild difficulties over period of order re details requested. Staff very polite and showed willingness to help, although actual delivery was significantly delayed from time of original order and then very last minute notice provided complications to accept delivery, so interdepartmental communication not so consistent with other features of the quality of product and service. This has been a great success as a bed. We bought it for my daughter and opted for the small double to fit in her room. The mattress is really comfortable and it has a good solid feel to it. It was very easy to put together and (in pre-lockdown days), the guys who delivered it were super helpful and carried it up the stairs for me. The only thing that doesn't work very well are the drawers as the front does tend to come away from them. It doesn't bother me too much as the bed was very reasonably priced and I sort of expected it, plus my daughter is storing excess soft toy animals in there and doesn't go into them too much (also, I have been able to secure them with Araldite and brackets).
