NICE BED AND GOOD PRICE. THANK YOU Wayfair FOR THE SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE.. Fabrice. London, GB. Mon Dec 12 2022

The single cabin bed's rustic-inspired design features a sturdy solid wood build, an antique wax finish, and a Black drop ring pull handle. Three integrated drawers provide valuable storage space for clothing, bed linen, and more, while the included bed slats look after mattress life and ensure you'll sleep soundly through the night.

Really sturdy, with lots of storage room. You can easily fit a winter duvet into the draw, it's really roomy. Exactly what I was looking for my growing son. Quite easy to put together, all the screws and other things were labelled very well and the instruction was well read. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars it's the little chip we have in the wood just between the draws, it's quite visible unfortunately, however doesn't affect the functionality in any way.. Kinga. The bed is completely unsuitable for purpose, is flimsy and broke the second my 8 year old lay on it. I’ve had to buy a tonne of solid wood to reinforce it as it’s beyond flimsy After it collapsed I checked the weight limit and it says 0kg! This is NOT a typo…. It cannot hold any weight and is basically a decorative item…. Be it not a good one as chipped and cheap looking. The instructions made little sense, the parts were not marked and all look very alike so took about 5 hours to built. Amy. Thu Mar 09 2023

Really solid bed! The wood is darker than advertised but I think it looks much nicer than I was expecting. Straightforward to put together as well. In case anyone needs to know, it does have middle supports under the bed which did come as a surprise to us as it’s not mentioned on the website. Anonymous. Tue Mar 08 2022

First bed arrived. Top and bottom were different sizes. Didn’t look right and slats didn’t fit. They said it was fine and they would send new slats. I had to insist the headboard wasn’t the correct size and send multiple pictures. They finally send a new headboard which fitted. Good bed, average service. Daniel. Dumfries, GB. Sun Jul 28 2019

Faulty product delivered with no compensation offered. The delivered product was missing two planks, which support the stability of the board when attached to the bed. I reached out to customer support, who first apologised for it, but only offered 20% discount in a future purchase as compensation (why would I want to but anything else from them?). After insisting on further compensation, the customer support agents changed their argument, saying that the missing parts were never supposed to be shipped as apparently weren't part of the current version of the product. If this is true (which I highly doubt), it makes the product flimsy. I would not recommend to buy at all. Lastly, the customer support only offered me a refund if the product was returned, which happened after I had invested time in assembling the product. Annoying to say the least. I do not recommend the product nor buying from Wayfair in general. This is one of the worst customer support interactions I've ever had.. Anonymous. Mon Apr 22 2024
