An extremely attractive potting shed with a handy bench; as its name suggests the Sun Hut is designed for maximum light! The 8 x 4 Sun Hut has four, joinery made windows, all opening and glazed with toughened glass. The shiplap cladding is 12mm slow grown, very high grade FSC approved pine on sturdy 34mm square framing with both floor and roof also in T&G. The framed double door is fitted with a padbolt. Roof felt, assembly instructions and a fixing kit are provided. The shed is finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for top coating immediately on installation to your choice of wood paint or stain. (Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy). Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

A bit flimsy, but I knew that from the description - 38mm structural timber - if I was building one myself, I'd use 2x2 minimum. It assembled easily and had all the necessary bits & pieces, screws, nails etc. I would struggle to buy just the materials for the price of the shed, and then have the time & hassle of building it from scratch - all in all it's a bargain!. A local cricket club were in need of a replacement scorebox that could also be used as a central hub for village events such as village sports days and bonfire night. Having looked at lots of different alternatives the stand out option was the Power Sheds 12x4 Power Pub Shed which met all of our needs. The ordering and delivery process was simple and straightforward and the company were incredibly helpful. Setting the shed up was straightforward and for cricket matches we have fitted an electronic scoreboard to the front. When we need to use it as a hub for serving drinks etc it's original design as a bar shed makes it ideal. I ordered this over Christmas and it arrived early It was shipped on a pallet as stated relly well packed I also ordered the base I was shocked at how many piece arrived but it was easy to put together It's a two man job at times but very easy if you follow the instructions and videos One problem I had could not find a plan for my base or floor sizes It's up and been tested the last few days as we have a storm at the moment so far so good 👍. If you choose a shed with windows, the windows will be 2mm perspex. The door is braced and ledged for extra strength and rigidity. A rim lock and key are supplied, to allow the shed to be locked and secured when not in use. The door lock, hinges, turn button, and handle are made from galvanized steel so are protected from rust. All fixtures and fittings are supplied, including an assembly guide. Depending on the size of the shed, it should not take more than a few hours to assemble. Two persons are recommended to complete the assembly.
