We’ve now had our pergola installed a few weeks! My favorite part of our new deck! The ability to have shade or partial sun is awesome! We were also able to implement this 10x16 pergola into our new railing so it looks awesome! With the rug and furniture it makes our deck life so comfortable and cozy! We added an 8x10 shade to the west side to block the evening suns which is a great addition. We love it!. Agdg. Carroll Iowa. Mon Jul 13 2026

The finished product looks really good. The issue is with the description which lists it as 24ft x 34ft !! Obviously not! Also lists it as canopy only!! Obviously not!! I bought this pergola 10 months ago. I installed it myself in a day with the help of my grandson. Installation was fairly simple and instruction manual is very helpful. Make sure to follow steps as installig some parts out of oreder can mean taking it back apart. Love the louvered roof as you can enjoy the outdoors when weather is good and stay covered in wet or hot conditions. Only problem I have dad is with the power strip that comes with it. A brilliant addition to the garden — really impressed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've been looking for something to define our seating area in the garden without taking over the whole space, and this pergola is absolutely perfect. The 3m x 3m footprint is generous enough to feel like a proper outdoor room, but the 2.27m height keeps it proportionate rather than imposing — it really does make smart use of the space. Assembly was straightforward with two people. The instructions are clear and all the fixings were accounted for — we had it up without any drama in a couple of hours. Having a second pair of hands definitely helps when aligning the frame, but nothing about the process was difficult. The aluminium build feels genuinely solid and well-finished. It doesn't have any of the wobble you sometimes get with cheaper garden structures, and the powder-coated finish looks smart and clean. We're very happy with how it looks — it's given the whole area a much more pulled-together feel. For the price, this is exceptional value. You'd expect to pay considerably more for this level of quality and appearance. Highly recommended.. Claire. Gravesend, GB. Wed Mar 18 2026

Canopy has only been setup for about two weeks at this point… needed extra hands to hold parts up during construction but family is always game. Box was a bit beat up in shipping, actually ended up missing several parts but customer service was super awesome and walked me through what I needed. We were only delayed a week to be made whole again. Great job Wayfair. I do recommend if you are going to ship such heavy items with so many parts, maybe more sturdy cardboard or perhaps ship multiple smaller boxes to prevent the order arriving like a wrapped mummy. Still, thank you customer service and love the shade!. Candice. Lititz, PA. Tue May 30 2023

Not very well packaged for delivery, 4 of the ends were damaged, and one of the runners that the wheels run through was squashed. The instructions do not make it clear as to which end is the front and which end is the back. It's important if you don't have the room to turn it around. Went together easy enough it is a two man job, and now up it looks really good.. Phil Lines. Kent. Wed Aug 12 2026

Overall it’s great, but I would suggest that when you come to put the canopy on, DON’T just go over the top and attach it, we did that, slightest breeze it would be up and away, if you go over the main bar as instructed, then under the second bar, then over the middle bar, then under the third bar, ending by going I’ve the main bar, it really reduces the lift, also the bars that come into contact with the canvas make sure the screw heads are on the under or over side to stop wear n tear! It sounds complicated and long winded, but it’s really not and does make a difference! Apart from that it’s a great pergola!. Jules. Norfolk. Tue May 13 2025
