great pergola for the money. Came well packaged and clear instructions. Took about 6-7 hours to assemble. Had a couple of warped boards but was able to correct the bend when I screwed them down. I had mine installed right before some heavy rain storms that hit here in Texas recently. I was deeply concerened because I had seen the feed back about moisture getting through where the pergola is mounted to the house. I can say that very little maybe a few drops get through I believe as long as the pergola is installed at a slope it works just fine. the gutters themselves are relatively shallow so heavy rain will naturally overwhelm the drainage system but do to the pergola being sloped properly the water is deterred away from the house. if anything I just wish the gutter system was a little bigger.. The Quality looks very good for the price paid and the construction appears to be easy with concise instructions, so far no issues but of course I need time to erect the pergola and would better able to comment after doing so. We ordered naturalwhite canopy and delivered incorrect product. The “natural” wood color is very orange. Picture is all incorrect as the pieces received were also not black as shown in the image but a beige color (yes, beige again!) customer service very slow to respond to concerns so I would not recommend giving this company your money..
