Delivery took a lot longer than schduled. When the trunk arrived, both side pieces of the lid, in the front corner, were not sloted in well with the piece of wood running along the front of the lid. We had to push it with a bit of force into place. Quite expensive for what it is but does look good.. Jovita. High Wycombe, . Wed Oct 29 2014

This item appealed to us for its ageless beauty and endless potential uses. We bought it for our daughter to use as a toybox, but to carry with her into the future as a blanket box, set, coffee table or whatever she chooses. We could not be happier with the item, the craftsmanship is top quality and the finish on the wood is even better than the advertised picture promised. We love the product and would say we got more than our moneys worth in it.. Anonymous. Ickenham, GB. Mon Sep 14 2020
