I purchased this as it was light weight and perfect to use on a daily basis, rather than dragging out my Henry. Did a good job for around 5 weeks on my laminate floor then it started getting blocked on a daily basis even though it was emptied after every daily use!! Then came the over heating! Gave up with it in the end and took it with other rubbish to the tip!, maybe i just had the one that malfunctioned! But in my opinion it really was a cheap priced bit of junk. Delighted with this steam mop. It is exactly what I wanted. The only small thing I would change us the length if the power cord. I am obsessed with this! It’s one of the best household gadgets I’ve ever bought. It works a treat on crumbs, hairs, dust and grit. Just grab it off the base to quickly hoover up things on the floor, carpet or worktop - it’s so easy! I’ve also used it for the stair carpet, which it does reasonably well despite the deep pile, and also general dust removal in bedrooms and bathrooms. I absolutely love it!. Derek. Glasgow.
