This upholstered blanket box is a functional piece of storage furniture that can also be used as an extra seat. It could be positioned at the end of the bed, or be used as a window seat or extra piece of living room furniture. It has a solid wood frame and is upholstered in a linen fabric. The hinged top lifts reveal a large storage area inside.

I recently purchased this upholstered blanket storage box, and although the delivery took quite a while and was out of stock for some time, I’m glad I held out for it. It’s positioned at the end of my bed and works beautifully, doubling as an extra seat while offering plenty of storage for blankets. The quality is outstanding, with sturdy construction and a finish that feels well-made. The size is perfect, neither too bulky nor too small, fitting the space ideally. I love the blanket chest, it arrived looking very much like the picture. Unfortunately there is a badly fitted latch which has pierced through the lid which is slightly detrimental to the top. i was very worried about this when I read in another review that none of the holes lined up and it was difficult to assemble but I took a chance and am very happy I did. The holes lined up perfectly, it was very easy to assemble and although the instructions were very poor (as usual) it was so obvious what went where that there was no need of instructions The assembled box looks great, the lid fits well and lifts up & down esily and the waterproof inner lining is a blessing. after being told was coming on one date and after i had to email to find out were my order was when it didn't arrive I was sent an email of apology and said they had lost my order and that a new one was coming from Germany. we were told it was going to be delivered by two men as i is quite a large box but it was one man he did carry it to where we were going to assemble it it took about 1 hour and i am very happy.
