Shed is excellent. Took 2 sometimes 3 people most of the day to build it. Instructions were very clear. Once you get past the first few steps it was relatively easy. Just time consuming. The only downside for me is the floor felt a little spongy - I had heavy items to go into shed, so put some heavy duty cardboard down to strengthen it before loading heavy items. Def need an electric screwdriver as it has a lots of screws. The parts are all well labelled. Great value for money. Customer service from Wayfair has been excellent too.. S. Norfolk. Was a bit sceptical reading some of the reviews and when it was delivered I thought it looked very flimsy. The instructions weren't powerful at times hard to see which direction the items were to be assembled. But along with the video we managed to construct the shed. It took us about 7 hours one day to build the shed including the roof. Then the second day approx. 2 hours for the doors and the finishing edges, screw covers etc and floor supports. All in all I'm rather impressed with the finished product although the door height is a little low, but it was going on a raised platform so didn't really cause any issues for me. Think it was a great buy for the money. Built it myself, wasn’t the easiest instructions to follow but got there. It’s been through couple storms although it does have fence to two sides the roof was unprotected. It lost a screw on a panel and edging came off one side but I had stood on the sheet when building and had messed up when screwing in so had weakened it myself. I can't comment on the shed as only just delivered. The shed was supposed to be delivered yesterday. The driver and van arrived on time to find the warehouse personal had only packed half the shed so he had to take that half away and return next day with both parts. First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed.
