Repositioned on the long side of the building, the z-framed double doors allow the heavy duty Workman to be pushed up against a wall or fence, ensuring easy access. With toughened glass windows positioned either side of the door, the design is finished in 12mm shiplap cladding and supported by ultra strong heavy duty rounded four corner framework, all crafted from the highest quality European softwoods, this building is built to last with Tiger's 20 Year Guarantee. The extra depth in the heavy duty framing is ideal for adding insulation if required.

The timber is tight grained producing less sap and is therefore a more durable timber than the faster growing timber used by other Workshop manufacturers. The benefit of purchasing a pressure treated building is that it is completely protected against rot, natural decay and pest damage for many years to come. Infused into the wood is a chemical preservative that goes deep into the fibres of the wood, as appose to externally applied preservatives. So rather than worrying about the longevity of your garden building, the timbers will mainly look after themselves. The Bison is a high-quality handmade workshop and every feature sets the building apart from others. The framing is a mighty 70x44mm (3"x2"), significantly larger than even standard framing giving the building immense strength. The doors are fully framed and braced and they are fitted with a full-length piano hinge for added security. A lock and key are also provided. The high grade 12mm shiplap cladding provides much-improved weatherproofing and longevity. The internal working height is a minimum of 6 feet at the eaves giving a really comfortable working environment for the vast majority of people; again this is significantly higher than much of the cheaper competition. The floor has 16mm strong Buffalo tongue and groove and the roof has 12mm tongue and groove. The attractive two opening windows are storm resistant, joinery quality frames glazed with 3mm glass. Doors and windows are both pre-hung for ease of assembly. All of the timber is sourced only from very slow grown, high grade, FSC approved, European pine. The building is treated with a basecoat treatment ready for top coating by you immediately after installation. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
