Shed was fine once we assembled it, unfortunately 2 large strips which hide where the shed joins were missing, I’ve still to contact the company about that. The main concern was delivery. During transit, the shed contents actually came away from the pallet, falling on to the lorry floor. This meant dismantling all the contents and moving them 1 by 1 from the lorry to the driveway. The driver did offer to do this by himself, but I had to help him. Luckily there was no damage. The driver asked me to inform the company to make the supporting lats securing the shed to the pallet more robust, as they were only thin bits of wood,and definitely not sturdy enough to support such a weight. Apart from those 2 problems, shed arrived when it should and took less than 4 hours to erect. Would definitely recommend. Steve. East Coast. Sun Jun 22 2025

On a positive note, I'm delighted with my shed. It is larger than expected and meets my needs perfectly. It is of solid build and of smart appearance, a tasteful addition to our outbuildings. The 10 x 8 foot shed took two suitably experienced men nine hours to put up, but this could have been shortened. There were some unnecessarily time-consuming issues. For example, two of the floor joists were not flush and had to be taken up, re-cut, and reassembled. Also, our flat-pack contained 2 or 3 unnecessary items (e.g., a narrow role of felt, and several redundant bits of wood). This caused us to waste further time trying to figure out where these surplus items were meant to be placed (the instructions and video demo weren't any help). The video was generally valuable, but it showed a smaller, simpler shed assembly, which wasn't much help for the 8 x 10 foot shed under construction. One final gripe: whilst Power Sheds clearly state in their sales literature that the delivery is 'kerbside delivery only', our driveway opens onto a narrow country lane with no kerb or pavement. Therefore, I had expected that the delivery would be made onto our wide driveway (every lorry in the 20 years we've lived here has been able to reverse into our property). But the delivery driver declined to reverse in and instead tried in vain to use the puny hand operated fork-lift to move the pallet into our property (it was unable to travel over the stone chippings). As a result, the pallet was left awkwardly abutting the lane, presenting a hazard to traffic. In summary, I would constructively suggest that greater care is taken when cutting the shed sections and also when preparing the flat pack assembly components. As for the delivery company, maybe a smaller lorry might work for properties with gravel/chipping driveways? Overall though, the issues were overcome and I'm delighted with the shed. Many thanks.. I brought a 10x6 Pent Shed last year and purposely left my review for 12 months to see how it performed. The shed itself was very easy to construct, over two days, due to its way pre construction and easy to follow instructions (and I hate DIY). The shed itself has performed very well over the past 12 months i.e. no leaks, no wobbles, simply done what it has been designed and constructed to do....makes a change these days. What Is did do is s find a local Power Sheds Agent, mine was Taverham Garden Centre so I could check out the shed I wanted, and they actually matched the discount and free delivery offer on line.....the main reason I did this was to be able to have the double guarantee of being able to communicate with someone local if there was a product, but there was no problems and thus no concerns. Delivery was on time and driver left neatly packed pallet by my back gate....to summerise a great shed, great price, great service..what more could I ask. Buy one. I cannot fault Power Sheds,. Nick. The shed arrived screwed on to a pallet as described, it did take me 30+ minutes to unscrew it and put all the panels together ready for building. The construction of the shed (7x5) was fairly easy and the structure felt strong and good quality, I will say it did take 2 people almost a whole day to get it up. The shed came with one key which we've recently lost so needed to contact customer care who were extremely helpful and happy to send us out a new key first class at a tiny fee.
