8 x 6 Ft Less Than 100 Lbs Sheds

I bought this product to save myself time in having to build one. Huge mistake!!! The shed arrived damaged for starters, it had also not been put together properly, with nails sticking out here and there, and then on further inspection I saw that the shed is the most flimsy thing you would never want to put even your lawnmower in. The frame is built from 25mm x 40mm timber which wouldn't keep out my dog if he decided to charge at it! There are no supports to the floor which is made from 10mm thick chipboard, meaning there is a good chance that it will definitely at least bounce, and probably break completely if you dropped anything heavy on it. The roof is made of the same 10mm thick chipboard with no supports again. Climbing on this roof would be very dangerous therefore I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to felt it as it isn't felted. We bought this pent bike shed. The roof has been leaking so would recommend you get an EPDM roof (one piece). The roof angle is quite shallow and water doesn’t run off but tends to sit on the felt and leak under by capillary action. Otherwise the shed is holding up well and has faded nicely in the sun. I ordered this over Christmas and it arrived early It was shipped on a pallet as stated relly well packed I also ordered the base I was shocked at how many piece arrived but it was easy to put together It's a two man job at times but very easy if you follow the instructions and videos One problem I had could not find a plan for my base or floor sizes It's up and been tested the last few days as we have a storm at the moment so far so good 👍. I rarely leave reviews but having struggled to find a reliable place to buy a new shed, I thought I would try and help anyone else in the same situation. I can honestly say I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Powersheds. Fantastic service, did everything they said they would, when they said they would, and always with a prompt response to phone and emails. My builders, who have done work for me for more than 10 years, put this together with no issues at all. This modular pent is shed is extremely versatile, due to the fact that the side panels can be assembled in any order. Meaning that the door, and windows can be placed on any side and the roof can slope either way to suit your needs. The shed is manufactured from 12mm shiplap tongue & groove timber, which has been pressure treated and is brown in colour. Every part of the shed, including the roof & floor is made from tongue & groove cladding, so you can be assured that the shed will last the test time. The shed is supplied with a tongue & groove floor & roof as standard. Both are also made from 12mm timber, ensuring good strength and durability. If you choose a shed with windows, the windows will be 3mm toughened glass. The door is braced and ledged for extra strength and rigidity. A rim lock and key is supplied, to allow the shed to be locked and secured when not in use. The door lock, hinges, turn button and handle are made from galvanized steel so are protected from rust. All fixtures and fittings are supplied, including an assembly guide. Depending on the size of the shed, it should not take more than a few hours to assemble. Two persons is recommended to complete the assembly.
