WOW - quality from the moment of arrival was obvious. Extremely well packaged onto a single pallet with supporting struts and each panel well screwed and fastened to avoid any damage during transit. Having shopped around locally and online this looked like the best deal and we were pleased with the flexibility of the modular design, the quality of the product and the instructions. The price was fair - there are cheaper ones on the market but also much more expensive ones. The modular design made the construction easier. We did feel that the optional extras (eg. the timber sub structure) were quite expensive and the locks are not the best quality but there were plenty of fixings and enough felt to cover both the roof and also a hedgehog house made out of the wood from the pallet that the shed was delivered on. The delivery was very quick and convenient and the packing on the pallet kept it secure and made it easier to unpack it, as long as you followed the instructions. The online hep was very good - even though I was asking questions that I later found the answers to in the FAQ - sorry about that. The shed arrived screwed on to a pallet as described, it did take me 30+ minutes to unscrew it and put all the panels together ready for building. The construction of the shed (7x5) was fairly easy and the structure felt strong and good quality, I will say it did take 2 people almost a whole day to get it up. The shed came with one key which we've recently lost so needed to contact customer care who were extremely helpful and happy to send us out a new key first class at a tiny fee. This beautiful Pressure Treated 8 Ft. W x 12 Ft. D Tongue and Groove Wooden Shed with Double Doors is a premium quality building with high specification throughout. The generous dimensions of the building make it ideal for use as a workshop, with plenty of room for a workbench, chair, shelving and storage of large items. The strong solid timber Tongue & Groove floor means that storage of heavier items and floor-standing shelving is not a problem. For a high quality, premium build, this workshop is manufactured from smooth-planed interlocking Tongue & Groove boards and supported by sturdy 45x28mm framing. As well as the walls and floor, the roof is also made using interlocking Tongue & Groove solid timber boards and it is made weather proof with high quality black mineral felt. All the timber used in the workshop has been Pressure Treated, giving it a 15 year Anti-Rot guarantee. The six windows of this workshop are glazed with thick 3mm acrylic, with the two opening windows fitted with high quality hinges and catches to enable ventilation. The double doors are hung using robust hinges and screws provided and can be locked with the supplied rim lock and key. The doors are reinforced with thick double “Z” framing which makes them very strong. During assembly it is possible to choose which end to make the door-end relative to the window side in order to suit the location of the shed.
