Really not very happy with this product it is already starting to fall apart. It’s made really cheaply. I really wish I had sent it back when receiving it as I’m not impressed with the craftsmanship or the quality. On top is very minimal. There is no padding around the sides the mechanism for lifting the lid gets cool and squeaks constantly. Such a shame as look lovely in the pictures but I really wish I had sent it back.. Marrieanne. One star because I can't give cero. Appalling courier, DHL, 5 consecutive days announced the delivery and then cancelled. I called Wayfair on the 4th day and they told me that I had entered into a contract and if I didn't take delivery (because I could not stay in more days waiting for it) they will deliver to a neighbour either if I liked it or not. And they would not take cancelation, breaching the distance selling act and the consumer credit act. I was expecting the buttons on top to be covered in the same fabric as the rest of the ottoman as per the online photo. Instead shiny glass-like buttons have been used which makes it look a lot less elegant, which is unfortunate as it was not an inexpensive purchase.
