For example, the removable inner bucket makes it easier to change bin bags and to keep every part of the bin spotlessly clean (12l, 20l, and 30l versions only). A convenient handle means you can easily move the bin around and the non-slip base keeps the bin steady, as well as protecting the floor. The simplehuman unique touch-bar makes it easy to open the bin from any angle. Just tap with your elbow, bump with your hip or nudge with your knee. And it stays open until you are ready to close it - ideal during food prep or while finishing up long chores. The simplehuman code M liner fits this bin perfectly no bunching or slipping for a cleaner experience.

I wanted this trash bin because of the handle bar open. Motion sensor was out of the question for me because of my narrow kitchen and I shied away from step cans because of accidental opens. It looks good but the steel is thin, thinner than cheaper trash cans I've seen for 1/3 the price. The first one I received had a big dent on the edge. The box and shipping box were not damaged. The second one I received was perfect. The handle bar and manual closing becomes tedious and I wish I opted for a step can. I saw the Kohler step can recently and it has thicker steel, soft close, and feels quality made.. Samuel. Forest Hills, NY. Thu Feb 14 2019

This pulls out/under-counter rubbish bin is a universal solution for wide and above with a hinged door. This bin can be fitted to either side of the cabinet and is not handed. It is a perfect solution for making use of the space beneath sinks due to its depth. It automatically swings out as the cupboard door is opened. As the bin swings out of the cupboard the lid stays fixed within the cabinet making for easy access. When the cupboard door is closed the bin then sits beneath the lid snugly and keeps odors confined within it.
