I purchased this as it was light weight and perfect to use on a daily basis, rather than dragging out my Henry. Did a good job for around 5 weeks on my laminate floor then it started getting blocked on a daily basis even though it was emptied after every daily use!! Then came the over heating! Gave up with it in the end and took it with other rubbish to the tip!, maybe i just had the one that malfunctioned! But in my opinion it really was a cheap priced bit of junk. I would have given a five star but mop is a bit too heavy for me, that being said, I had amazing help from head office from a chap called Oliver. So I decided on this model because of the hand held feature. I also bought my daughter the same mop for her birthday and she would give a 5. I was so shocked by the amount of dirt was on the mop head, no streaks and it drys so fast. I have used it as a had held to clean around my loos. In fact I did whole house and apart from weight , can’t fault it.. Fiona63. Camelford, Cornwall. Fri Aug 28 2026
