This is a-lot lighter than my last shark hoover so feels a bit flimsy but does hoover up ok. The head of it is also shorter in width than my last one. The 2 negatives I have are the electric flex is very stiff and is very hard to wind back round the hoover, and the tools do not fit on the hoover which I find ridiculous. The stair tool no way fits on you can put it on at an angle but if knocked would probably break and your also bending it so I don't leave it on the hoover, the crevice tool does fit but you have to wiggle it one way to get it off as it does not fit correctly so I leave that one off too.
