Conventional dustbins require the user to touch them with their hand or foot to open them, which is both inconvenient and unhygienic. This automatic opening dustbin, based on infrared technology, solves this problem. Simply wave your hand above the infrared panel and the lid will open automatically, dispose of the rubbish, and within a few seconds, it will close again automatically. The automatic opening and closing control system consists of a computer chip, an infrared detecting device, a mechanical transmitting device, and an electrical drive system. Our stainless motion sensor touchless can died after less than a year and we couldn’t find a replacement lid. We started looking at white cans to go with our white coastal decor. We weren’t sure how we were going to like this one because you do have to touch the top to open it, and we weren’t sure about the black lid. We were VERY pleasantly surprised! We love this can. It fits perfectly in a small space, and we like the simplicity of the easy touch open lid. Added bonus is that aesthetically it’s very cool looking!. Sherry. Gulf Breeze, FL. Tue Feb 02 2021

The simplehuman classic rectangular pedal bin has an internal hinge and a space-efficient shape so you can place it directly against the wall and out of the way. The strong steel pedal is designed to last, and our patented lid shox technology ensures a smooth, silent close every time. The simplehuman code Q liner fits this bin perfectly no bunching or slipping for a cleaner experience.

I couldn’t be happier with this trash can. I ordered a second for recycling! My old SimpleHuman can left black marks on the wall that drove me crazy but this one doesn’t touch the wall at all. And it holds more but still has a low profile from the wall so it feels like it takes up less space. Highly recommend!. Sarah. Baltimore, MD. Sat May 22 2021

A perfect 60L stainless steel trash can suitable for kitchen, office or anywhere you need to throw rubbish at home. It is made of stainless steel and PP which is durable and solid. Smooth surfaces are not only easy to clean, but elegant silver can match your home decoration, glazing treatment to help the surface of the can against bacteria and fingerprints. Both recyclable and non-recyclable rubbish are in one place, with two compartments for easy sorting, the two detachable bins inside can also be removed for cleaning. You don't have to worry about the inconvenience because separate buckets have handles, you can take them out easily, and there are invisible handles on the outside too. Strong, wide steel pedals mean cans don't have to be handled by hand; you can open the lid with a simple step. Meanwhile, after you release the pedal, the lid falls slowly and without any noise.
