One star because I can't give cero. Appalling courier, DHL, 5 consecutive days announced the delivery and then cancelled. I called Wayfair on the 4th day and they told me that I had entered into a contract and if I didn't take delivery (because I could not stay in more days waiting for it) they will deliver to a neighbour either if I liked it or not. And they would not take cancelation, breaching the distance selling act and the consumer credit act. To make it worst, DHL dropped the item at the front door of the block, not even trying the intercom, I found it there by chance, and the item has arrived faulty.. Laura. Sat Jan 11 2025

Exactly like the picture. Great purchase. Thank you. B. London, GB. Mon Jan 01 2024

This luxury chesterfield bumper bar storage ottoman is made with quality wood and the lid is made with reflex foam and upholstered in quality plush velvet fabric.

I was expecting the buttons on top to be covered in the same fabric as the rest of the ottoman as per the online photo. Instead shiny glass-like buttons have been used which makes it look a lot less elegant, which is unfortunate as it was not an inexpensive purchase. The fabric is also very thin and does not have the plush look I was hoping for. It is a good size and will provide useful storage for blankets.. Anonymous. London. Wed Dec 27 2023

Colour as pictured, perfectly working piston mechanism holds bench open, and cushioning is soft. Frank George. London, GB. Fri Nov 05 2021

This bench fits much more in it than i thought it would! Had a bit of an issue getting the feet on, since some of the screws seemed too long for the holes, but you cant tell once its turned over and its a really vibrant shade of orange so a great addition to the room (as well as useful storage!).. We ordered this in silver plush fabric, which is lovely and soft. The dimensions listed for this item are incorrect. It is around 46cm wide, not 33cm as the product description shows. The fabric was slightly damaged, but we received a discount for this. The storage area is deep, so can hold a number of items. Two people can comfortably sit on it.. Jessica. Padbury Buckingham, GB.
