This thing is huge! We bought it to store all of our patio furniture cushions and pillows in to keep them out of the weather. And when I say huge I mean huge, it’s so big we are having a removable table top made to place on top of it so when we entertain on our patio we can use it as a table to serve food. The only downfall that we see is that it could’ve used a hydraulic lift for the lid. But other than that this thing is great. Plan on putting it in a place where there’s lots of room.. Lynnette. OH. Great storage box. It's definitely waterproof, we've had heavy rains and everything inside is bone dry. Took quite a bit of effort to build (it recommends two people, I was alone) with assembling the lid being the most taxing part.
