Great mattress once turned up the right way! Incredible and for the price too. Extremely pleased.

The mattress delivery was delayed by five days beyond the scheduled date. My request to cancel the order was not accommodated. Upon receipt, the packaging was found to be damaged. Furthermore, the mattress does not align with the advertised representation and appears to be under-filled. Disappointing.
