Although this was an open box item, the condition is very good. I researched it carefully and know that it's well made of quite natural materials. This mattress is absolutely awful. Thin layer of memory foam on the top and what feels like a layer of ply wood. The springs are visible through the side of the wall of the mattress and there is so much movement if one of you moves whilst the other is laid still. Definitely a good buy. We bough Superking size so not very easy to get upstairs but worth the squeeze!! VERY comfortable. I was concerned about buying a mattress online, untested but I needn't have worried as the reviews were glowing and they were all right.
