What to Expect... Came shrink wrapped in a box, once removed and the shrink wrap pierced, the mattress sprung into life taking shape an was almost instantaneously ready for use... I definitely agree with the mixed reviews on here regarding this mattress. I think it’s hit or miss with this one. It is softer than I would’ve liked and you can feel the springs. You can go on the reviews, but it is personal preference. I only received the mattress today and haven’t slept on it yet. I’m going to give it a couple of days to settle. I have compared it to my other mattress I got with Wayfair, which is more firm, but it also has a memory foam topping. I am not going to return the mattress, I will buy a decent memory foam mattress topper, I think this will help with the springs and firmness. I can see what people mean by the edges of the mattress, but you get what you pay for. If you are going to purchase this mattress, which I did in the super sale, doublecheck before you click buy, the price of mine went up, but only noticed this once I had paid.. Claire. London, GB. Delivery was free and came the next day. The mattress was packaged well and was easy to unpack. It fits the frame perfectly and feels very comfortable, though it recommends leaving for 72 hours before using so can’t comment on long term comfort, but so far so good.. James S. Manchester.
