I’ve given this 4 stars as a part was damaged on arrival. However, it wasn’t a significant part so I didn’t complain. I was happy to receive the chair a week earlier than expected, though I still had to wait 2 weeks but given there must be lots of homeworkers wanting chairs due to covid, I didn’t mind. The instructions were pretty basic with no writing at all, just pictures, but I managed to figure it all and assemble on my own. There were no instructions for the levers in that to raise the seat level, you have to stand up first. The backrest moves backwards when you move the lever but doesn’t lock into position. This chair is super comfortable and really good looking. Feels like really good quality. The lumbar support is in the correct place for me as a short person (5’) which I don’t think I’ve ever come across in an office chair. It was easy to put together too.
