⭐ 1 STAR — DO NOT BUY Extremely disappointing and misleading. The bunk bed was advertised with a third pull-out bed clearly shown in the pictures, but this was NOT included. I chose and purchased the bed based on what was shown in the listing, so receiving a completely different configuration is unacceptable. To make matters worse, my delivery was already massively delayed, and after waiting all that time, I discovered that an important part shown in the advertisement was missing. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience and additional expense. I expected the product I paid for — not something different from what was advertised. Very disappointed with both the product and the way this situation has been handled. Think twice before buying this bed.. Ana. Cornwall. Wed Sep 30 2026

First time ordering from wayfair parcel boxes arrived on different days and looked to be opened but when chrcked all parts were there. This design is made by strictly beds and bunks a uk based supplier which we have used 3 times now. Bed is sturdy and each bed takes 20stone but we have tested previous beds beyond these limits and they still stood strong. It loosed a star for the poor instructions which have general instructions for multiple styles of beds and it is tricky to figure out from the poor quality photos. At times they do not state which fixings are to be used which made the process of building he bed lengthy. Some of the wood was not the best quality but it won't affect the overall use.
