I love this I don't know why people are saying the material is bad. I think they only say the because the person who assembled it for them was horrible at it. This bed is manufactured in England. This solid and sturdy bed, made from solid Scandinavian pine with a natural pine finish, will look stylish in any bedroom. Hand crafted and created with simplicity and versatility in mind, making it perfect for a wider range of interior styles.

Our daughter loves her 'ladder bed'. It seems sturdy enough for a good few years (she's almost 3). There is a slight wobble if an adult shakes it but I think that's fine as it's a kids bed! The instructions were a bit dodgy as the pictures didn't always match the writing, but it was still clear enough that we could figure it out. We like that it's a strong, simple construction, that gives us maximum space for toys /storage underneath (some more expensive cabin beds actually waste space as their cupboards don't use the full space underneath) So it's practical and good value for money. When getting over the ordeal of the build, really pleased with the beds. Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. After reading some reviews, agree with the strong smelling paint, had to drill holes that were missing on the steps and the pieces didn’t have the labels. This standard bed is a sturdy and stylish mid-sleeper finished in a smooth lacquer. Lilianna's contemporary design is accompanied by great functionality, with a robust ladder that can be assembled on either the left or right and the capacity to convert to a single bed if required at any time in the future.

It is a lovely looking bed and rather sturdy. Putting together was ok, a couple of bits were confusing, but worked it out in the end. Instructions at first looked daunting, but once I got started it wasn’t too bad. You can’t use an electric screwdriver on most of it, so a bit of muscle power is needed, as some places where the screw goes in doesn’t have hole , which did confuse me, but it all turned out good. They are great quality, very sturdy, relatively simple to put up and didn’t take too much time. Our kids love them and can’t wait to get to bed these days.
