I'm tall, 5'10", my long legs are also comfortable on the seat, and at its lowest position my feet and knees are in perfect alignment. Putting it together was OK...half an hour, the instruction stage 4 is a little unclear - when fitting part I to the seat, it slightly overlaps part H to line up the screw holes. Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. One of the screws was very hard to put in. Leather is decent and not slippery. The construction is very sturdy, all metal. It's stiffer than I expected although that might change with time.
