This chair is a big improvement from what I was using before - back support, arm rests, head rest, leather cushions and it's really comfy! I work 10+ hours a day so it's really what I need! Assembly took a while (the instructions are really simple) but with the help of a second pair of hands we managed to get all the screws in place and get it up right.
