I’m m happy with this chair. I especially like the lumbar support and headrest. They are comfortable and provide strong support for my waist and head. I had a different office chair before, but it couldnt support my head and waist properly it was just a simple home office chair. Recently, Ive been experiencing gradually increasing pain in my neck and waist, and I realized that I needed to change my office chair for the sake of my health. So, I chose this chair. The lumbar support and headrest are my favorites, and they have really relieved my pain. This is an everyday operator chair suited to all environments - from call centres to the home office. The backrest can be reclined and locked in any position or be used for permanent contact and support. Perfect for the all day operator requirement.

Good quality product well packed and promptly delivered. All parts included, assembly instructions via pictograms without explanatory text OK but no explanations as to chair operation a disadvantage - e.g. two gas lift mechanisms of different lengths included with no text on which or how to use or whether they should be fitted together was confusing. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed.
