Very pleased with finished item but definitely fiddly to build hence the dropped star. Customer service second to none - I ordered 2 bookcases which apparently were different wood finishes, had a phone call to check and they matched the 2 units up for me. Couldn’t ask for more.. Nice wood finish, awkward corner screw fittings as struggled to keep dowels in place. Nice now built but took twice as long as suggested and would have been better with metal pin/circular metal recessed retainers, considering the price.. Anonymous. Thu Mar 07 2024
