I purchased the red one due to offer £95. The colour was more of a burgundy which is not a problem. I don’t believe the seat is genuine leather, nor would I expect it to be at that price. I think it is more likely PU The seat pad is not thick as described or as comfortable as my last office chair. The lumber support is ok. The quality of finish, of the parts could be better. However, the chair looks good and comfortable for short periods of time for me. I would not want to work for 8 or more hours a day homeoffice on it. Easy to assemble just be careful with the back rest, leave the arm rests loose until you have all the bolts in for the back rest and tighten all together. For the money you will be hard pushed to get much better. The last one I bought from Staples was in 2015 and cost circa £175, more comfortable and that was facing leather now looked a mess, hence this purchase. I will see how it wares.. Anonymous. This is honestly one of the most comfortable office chairs I have ever sat in, and I used to work at Staples so I know about office chairs. There's great lumbar support in the back, the leather is plush- luxurious feeling, and you can feel very confident in how sturdy it is (It is heavy metal with a brass finish, no painted plastic or veneer). I love this office chair! It was so easy to put together and I did it without any help. The seat and back cushion are really plush and comfy. A traditional office chair is hard for me to sit in for long periods because my left leg will start to go numb. But I can sit cross-legged in this one and its so much more comfortable. The instructions say you can use it for a yoga chair as well so I cant wait to try it out for that. The wheels roll smoothly and it goes up and down easily. Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy.
