The Haefner secretary desk with hutch is a practical and particularly space-saving workspace. With its shallow depth, it ensures the best use of space, e.g. in a corridor. The large worktop can be folded down gently thanks to two high-pressure dampers. Behind the door are a practical laptop compartment and a storage shelf. Side pockets, which are also suitable for a PC, and shelves behind the worktop expand the storage space of the Haefner.

Really like this desk. It does indeed take 2 people and a few hours to assemble, but it is cleverly designed to fit in a small space. If possible it'd be rated 4.5 because additional materials to bracket it to the wall are not included. The sturdy hutch features one mid-fixed shelf and three adjustable shelves with nine height settings. These two pieces can be easily connected. Made from furniture quality MFC which is resistant to hot cups and scratches. The top features a 40mm overhang to the rear for clearance of plugs etc. All panels are 18mm thick, including the important back panel which ensures added strength and rigidity. Available in several attractive finishes with each piece being hand-finished to a high standard. Your hutch will arrive fully assembled; however, the desk is best sent disassembled. Therefore it will arrive in two boxes with an easy-read assembly guide and built-in fixings that require just a crosshead screwdriver to complete. All units are pre-assembled prior to packing to ensure easy assembly on arrival. Please be aware that this product is of superior quality and therefore heavy. You may require assistance for room placement.
