I purchased the red one due to offer £95. The colour was more of a burgundy which is not a problem. I don’t believe the seat is genuine leather, nor would I expect it to be at that price. I think it is more likely PU The seat pad is not thick as described or as comfortable as my last office chair. The lumber support is ok. The quality of finish, of the parts could be better. However, the chair looks good and comfortable for short periods of time for me. I would not want to work for 8 or more hours a day homeoffice on it. Easy to assemble just be careful with the back rest, leave the arm rests loose until you have all the bolts in for the back rest and tighten all together. For the money you will be hard pushed to get much better. The last one I bought from Staples was in 2015 and cost circa £175, more comfortable and that was facing leather now looked a mess, hence this purchase. I will see how it wares.. Anonymous. I got the chair for my wife and she's been using it for a couple of months now. She loves it! All our previous "desk" chairs would leave us both needing to shift position every 10-20 minutes, we don't have any stiffness, numbness or soreness with this chair and don't need to shift position constantly due to pressure points or stiffness. The heated areas help to keep blood flowing to the usual pressure points and the padding hasn't flattened like many seat cushions do. The Olive brown PU leather office chair is the perfect example of this and benefits from the executive chair features that we all know and love, with the addition of integrated wooden effect detailing and inspired design throughout.

Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. The chairs came quicker than anticipated, which was bonus. The old chair had a fractured support and in a dangerous condition. The design fault on the new chair appears to have been addressed. The chair came in parts and ready to assemble, assembly time about twenty five minutes. Quality is good, however the seat is a little hard and will take a time to wear in.
