Full-Back Ergonomic Design office ，Adjustable headrest + 135° reclining backrest aligns with spine curvature to reduce back pain. Thickened memory foam seat with spring pack evenly distributes pressure.

My first impressions are excellent! I'm sitting in this chair as I type this review, and I'm very comfortable. As someone who is plus size (100kg), I needed a chair that could accommodate my weight and size, and this one suits my needs. I really wanted a chair that was quite plush and well padded, so I was a little dubious at first, since there weren't any reviews to help me, but I can confirm that the chair is just as padded as the pictures suggest. Time will tell how well the cushioning lasts, but for now I'm very happy with it. The assembly was pretty straightforward, though it definitely helps if you have another person to help you out for some of it, because it's quite a heavy chair overall. The product description did mention height adjustable armrests, but I don't see how that's possible as the arm rests are fixed to the base of the chair, and there are no instructions or indications on how to raise the height of the armrests, so perhaps this was an oversight on the product listing? I'm not sure. The footrest is a really nice addition, and was one of the selling points for me. I often sit with one leg crossed and tucked under the other, which is not ideal, so I'm hoping that this will encourage better posture since I do spend a lot of time at my desk. So overall, quite a nice chair! And at a reasonable price point too.. Molly. United Kingdom. Thu Jan 08 2026

Prolonged sitting can lead to various pains including neck, back, and sciatic nerve pain. You may benefit from an ergonomic chair that effectively supports different parts of your body, alleviating discomfort and promoting a posture that minimizes strain on your body.

Amazing, it fits my size as a woman! I’ve had a lot of problems finding a chair that isn’t huge for me. Usually chair seats hit the back of my lower leg causing my legs to go numb. But this chair leaves space so my legs don’t get numb while sitting. Also, the quality is amazing, that’s why I included close ups of the parts. The armrests rotate in so I can actually rest my elbows while typing. And the headrest comes down low enough to actually cradle my neck. The back is also able to adjust so that it fits your low and upper back at the same time. I’m 5’3” and never expected I would find a unicorn office chair like this!!!!. Sarah. US. Thu Aug 24 2023

It is more or less what I expected for the price. It was easy to assemble and took me about one hour in total. However, I did take a coffee break in the middle of assembly. The chair itself is comfortable. However, both the riser/lower pedal and recliner pedal don't seem to work efficiently. I have managed to get the chair at the correct height for me but cannot get the pedal to lower the chair again. The recliner pedal does not work at all. However, it was already set at the upright position and, as this is the only position I want, this isn't a problem for me. The massage function is not very strong even on the high setting and is very noisy. so it is no good for relaxing! Overall, the chair meets my needs, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient massage chair.. Sheila. Market Drayton, GB. Sat Sep 05 2026

Arrived quite quickly. The tilt does not work. The lift handle is loose. The back rest lifts up and down, but the screw to keep it in place doesn't tighten. These three parts come as already assembled, so I don't think it is linked to me putting the sit together. It looks like its made from cheap plastic. The only thing that works is that it goes up and down. You only realise that once you have taken an hour assembling it, and need to take another hour to disassemble.
