Die Stühle sind optisch schön und man sitzt auch ganz gut, Farbe ist eher creme (heller als auf dem Bild), der Stoff ist ok. Die Verarbeitung (vor allen Dingen für diesen Preis) ist jedoch leider überhaupt nicht gut und akzeptabel. Das Sitzteil ist unten total schlecht "zusammengeschustert" mit einigen Fehlern bzw. Absolutely lovely and sturdy chairs which were purchased to be used for homeschooling in my daughters study. They are the perfect height to be used with a writingoffice desk. (The desk pictured above is also from Wayfair). The cushioned part of the chairs is firm to medium hard and the paint is the perfect white. Another plus is the fact that the padded part is cat proof. The chair links our more than 150-year-old technology with contemporary design. It is based on manually bent split lengths of massive wood; which, at the same time, are both a design and functional element of seating furniture - it supports the seat and also the backrest. It is elegantly slid in, behind the seat made also from massive wood. Apart from the upholstery, we also offer a design in ash, which can be applied with gradients by manual spraying.

This chair combines the bottom design made of solid wood with harmonic shapes of bent plywood in the seat and backrest. Thanks to the production technology used, it is remarkably light and does not contain any screws or metal pieces.

The seat and backrest from moulded plywood suggest a model of optical and physical lightness. Its stability and strength are guaranteed by the construction made of bent solid wood. Apart from the veneer seat made of beech or oak, an upholstered version is also available.

The seat section of uniform plywood is broken by the unconventional connections between the legs. The legs pass through the seat emphasizing the structural construction which is also a design detail.

The design of the chair was inspired by the atmosphere of a traditional Czech pub – a place known for beer, eating and debating. A Czech pub interior often features a lot of wood, an earthy element that invites customers to feel comfortable and relaxed. The combination of a traditional U-shaped seat with solid wood legs ensures strength and longevity. These qualities are tested through 460,000 cycles simulating sitting, and also with techniques that model what is likely to happen in a pub.
