This bed shouldn’t be sold. Paintwork is a disgrace. The holes for screws don’t line up. Bolts don’t fit into holes. Long screws bent. I wanted a 4 leg bed as the photo looks like, what I got was a 6 leg bed, quite disappointing. And when I put my standard mattress on it the bed end is a lot lower than the picture. So I'd say the picture is an indicator but not exactly what I have. It was very easy to put together with clear instructions. It feels solid and sturdy enough but only time will tell.. Suunysmiles. A lovely bed. I really wanted a faux leather otterman but which didn't have a stupidly large headboard that was an inch chick. This is much more stylish. The only downside was that the base is a thin sheet which velcros on. Could do with something a little more substantive also need to be careful when closing that the bed hasn't shifted into a mild rhombus shape, otherwise the closing frame can catch the side and take a chunk out of the leather.
