First off I will admit Im petrified of anything I have to put together myself. But this assembly truly was easy. So easy I wouldve regretted if I paid someone to set it up. Peoduct was delivered within a week in a box that was a little beat up although everything was so well packaged inside there was no damage to the product at all. This is a great looking chair. I wouldnt say it looks like real leather but that's because it is not. Seems to be built well, it swivels nicely, reclines a little but not much. It is comfortable but not as comfortable as I had hoped although its brand new and I noticed every time I sit in it it feels a little better. I dont feel its as supportive as I had hoped. My old chair actually feels better. This one looks great in my house much better than my old chair, but Im keeping both till I get used to this one. In all honesty if I sat in it before I bought it, I probably wouldnt have bought it. But I feel it is the type of chair that will break in with more use and look and feel even better as time goes on.. Bethany. Peabody, MA. Thu Aug 13 2026

Beautiful chair, but the arms do not fit with my desk therefore it is very uncomfortable to use. As the arms are wooden, they are hard, and I find them a bit painful as they do not offer support. The Olive brown PU leather office chair is the perfect example of this and benefits from the executive chair features that we all know and love, with the addition of integrated wooden effect detailing and inspired design throughout.

Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. We will wait to see if the quality improves!. Oliver. Thu Nov 30 2023
