I just got it so the 5 stars are based on new condition.I hope to get atleast 5 good years from this chair.Anyway its nice looking. looks well made with a modern design.I dont understand the complaints about putting it together.The instructions are clear and it takes about 30 minutes .Its a little firm when new but Im sure it will soften up in a couple weeks. The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed.
