It is more or less what I expected for the price. It was easy to assemble and took me about one hour in total. However, I did take a coffee break in the middle of assembly. The chair itself is comfortable. However, both the riser/lower pedal and recliner pedal don't seem to work efficiently. I have managed to get the chair at the correct height for me but cannot get the pedal to lower the chair again. The recliner pedal does not work at all. However, it was already set at the upright position and, as this is the only position I want, this isn't a problem for me. The massage function is not very strong even on the high setting and is very noisy. so it is no good for relaxing! Overall, the chair meets my needs, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient massage chair.. Sheila. Market Drayton, GB. Sat Sep 05 2026

The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. We love this chair! Its very sturdy and seems well made. The standwheels and arms are metal, and feel really solid. Its pretty comfortable, but I will say there is not as much padding as I was hoping on the seat part. That said, its still comfy to sit in and looks amazing! Definitely recommend!. Em. Stanley, NC.
