This sofa bed is great! It comes air sealed so it’s very easy to assemble. I just had to cut the plastic and it unrolled itself. I love the color, the fabric is so soft and cozy. It’s an easy transition from sofa to bed. I recommend. Christina. Plymouth, MI. Sat Apr 25 2026

I ordered two of these, and they arrived just two days later. Assembly was fairly easy...definitely a lot easier on the second one...about an hour and twenty minutes in total. The futons are very firm which i like and very spacious when flipped out. I have now purchased a matching futon and accented with teal colors.. Huy. Matthews, NC. Sat Aug 15 2020

Adopting a boneless design for great comfort, it has a non-slip base and a removable, washable cover. Effortlessly converted between sofa and bed, it maximizes space efficiency, making it a perfect multi-functional pick for compact living areas.

Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB. Waited over multiple days for the entire thing to be delivered. 3 separate boxes over 3 separate days so it wasted a lot of my time by not being able to do anything with it until all 3 boxes had arrived. Just save time, energy, and money by making it all as one delivery please! The sofa bed itself is a nice product. Lovely colour, robust material, spacious, and comfy to sit on as a sofa but a little hard to lie on as a bed. It definitely takes 2 people to put it together - and all the fixings were mixed up in the wrongly labelled bags! Luckily we worked it out and managed to put the sofa bed together. It fits exactly as planned as per the online measurements and it looks lovely in our guest room.. Kimberley. Crawley, GB. Sun May 10 2026

Product was good despite the lighter colour than expected, but I had my issue regarding the deliveryshipping. I paid extra to have this set up, but when the people came to set it up, half an hour later we realised the bed that was meant to be attached wasn’t properly secured. We called the delivery people, and they said theyll come after 2 more orders but they never came or ended up calling. We had to fix it ourselves, even though we paid for the installation.. Anonymous. There were a few dent spots but for the price it is pretty sturdy. There was a mistake in the instruction but we were able to make it right . There are some splinters coming off the corners of the slats so we might want to use sand paper to let it smooth out to avoid kids getting splinter if whoever sleeping on the bottom side happen to run her hand or arm through it.. Its fold-out design opens and closes with ease, making it a smart space-saving choice for guest rooms, lounges, or multifunctional spaces where comfort and flexibility matter.

Looks lovely but beware, this sofa bed to sit on is very firm! Whilst there are cup holders in the drop down arm/middle section, you can’t fit a standard size mug to sit in as the handle of the mug is the same level as the side of the cup holder! You can fit a glass in though, so all’s not lost! The arms are detached & are just placed in position at each end of the sofa, so fall off onto rte floor when you move about in the sofa. This is the disadvantage of buying on-line without testing in person in a store. I guess the price point reflects the comfort. Looks good though!. Anonymous. Sat Aug 30 2025
